98BTalks Presents: Adin Mbuh II

Adin will talk about Hysteria, a community laboratory in Semarang, Indonesia that specializes in youth empowerment based on collectivity and which has great concern in art and city issues.

Hysteria had been running since September 11, 2004. It was originally initiated by Yuswinardi in a form of publishing literature leaflet. It was a year later when some members joined in –Heri CS, Sutiyono Sajad, and Adin- and since then, Hysteria has not only been publishing zines but has also been actively organizing various art activities.

Hysteria does discussions, appreciation, exhibitions, workshops, festivals, and a variety of community facilitation.
